Below I will include both the instructions for whole grain pancakes using my pancake mix and mixing up the dry ingredients for a one time serving. This recipe yields servings in increments of:
4 – 4″ pancakes using a 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour heaping scoops of batter
2 – 6″ pancakes using a 1/2 cup measuring cup to pour heaping scoops of batter
1 – 8″ pancake using a cup measuring cup to pour a heaping scoops of batter
